Confidentiality Protocol

At my practice, discretion is treated with the same weight as the research itself. Any and all information you share with us is strictly confidential. This includes intake data, personal correspondence, family background, and future goals, as well as any other details shared during our engagement.

The Closed Loop Team

Your information is never outsourced or processed by external agencies. Our work is handled entirely in house by myself and my research associate, Claire Yoo. We operate as a closed loop team to ensure that every detail of your engagement remains within our private and secure environment. This structure allows us to maintain complete oversight of your data from the initial intake to the final delivery of your portfolio.

Information Scope

We collect and maintain only the specific data points required to perform a comprehensive naming engagement. This includes details regarding your cultural heritage, linguistic background, and ethnicity. We also consider your educational history, professional work experience and other values frameworks. Each piece of information is utilized solely to make the optimal name recommendations.

Discreet AI Use

Where AI tools support our research, we apply a strict anonymization protocol before any information enters an external system. Personal identifiers including your name and any information that could be used to identify you or your family are removed or substituted before engagement with AI tools. What enters these systems is a structured, anonymized profile without any thread that could be traced back to you as an individual. Your identity remains protected at every stage of our process.

Project Memory and Continuity

To provide the highest level of service, we maintain your project files for a period of two years. This Project Memory allows us to offer seamless continuity for future revisions or additional requests, such as matching sibling names or professional rebranding, without requiring you to share your details a second time. We find that many clients value this continuity as their family or professional needs evolve over time.

The Sunset Clause

Once 24 months since your last engagement with us has passed, we employ a Sunset Clause to systematically and permanently delete all sensitive documentation from our systems. This ensures that your personal information does not reside in our environment longer than is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of our advisory role.
